Lovely staff and great access to the beach

Decoration for honeymoon Friendly and helpful staff Access to the lovely beach and sunbeds Good pool with lots of sunbeds Location is great, quieter end on Chaweng with good local restaurants and bars with better prices.

Breakfast isn't great, many options but poor quality would be better with less options, higher quality. Rooms are a bit tired, could do with update. We had a leak that flooded the bathroom but it was fixed quickly. Fitness center is very old and equipment is rusty it was very hot in there, the aircon is only turned on manually once you visit.

Very Good

I requested a room change because mine was directly by the street and hence quite noisy. I immediately got a new room. The employee was very nice about it and almost ashamed I didn't like the old room.

I guess that if you don't book a bungalow you can end up in a room by the street which indeed is noisy.

The nice and friendly staff

It was all good enough but not great. To carry the name ‘resort’ we find the location a bit too dense and narrow. The street outside was also just not great. Good enough.

Fantastic stayed in a bungalow which was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff are beautiful. Hard to get a deck chair by the pool as other people reserve their spot everyday by placing a towel on deck chair and quite often don’t turn up to use them some hours later, which causes other people to miss out on a spot by the pool. Other resorts have banned this behaviour.

Very Good

On the beach with free to use sun beds and umbrellas. Very nice “pool villa” directly on the beach. Good breakfast.

First room had a really strong and bad smell so we paid a hefty price for upgrading to the pool villa, which was the only available option.

A nice beach hotel that needs a bit of management.

We loved the beach and the grounds on the site were beautiful. The library was a nice touch.

Having someone at the pool to ensure that people were not saving chairs then never showing up. We saw this happen several times. We also had trouble swimming when groups would enter the pool and just stand there talking, loudly, and not leave room for swimmers. Although the two dinners we had at the restaurant were very good, the breakfast buffet was terrible. My wife only went twice then passed on breakfast.

Good vibe, close to restaurants and activities. On the beach and walking distance to beach parties.

Pool not big enough for the hotel so very busy. Breakfast limited. Restaurant and bar lacked atmosphere. Bathroom rather small.

Beautiful locations and accommodating staff. I would return but not pay for breakfast.

I felt the breakfast was poor. Minimal options of hot food and cereals. I have dietary requirements and there was even little options for my needs. Beautiful location for breakfast.

Beach Front is Worth it!

A pool on the terrace facing the beach and ocean was unforgettable and extraordinary. Being able to roll over and watch the sunrise from bed was a pleasant way to greet the day.

My only complaint is a minor one. The shower switch was broken. Meaning, I could only use the hand held shower head since I couldn't switch between the two options. However, to be fair, I didn't bring this issue up with the staff to see if it could be fixed during my stay.

Ver Good stay, especially after 2 1/2 days of travelling to arrive

Staff were very friendly, always smiling, hard working and quick to please. Breakfast was amazing. The ‘luxury’ bungalows were roomy and very comfortable, as was the king size bed. The pools were great. The water was warm. No problems getting sun beds at the pool or at the beach. There were half a dozen decent restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the resort. The restaurant at the resort was also quite good. We ate there twice. Wonderful Thai massage on the beach by the resort.

The chairs on the bungalow patios were hard, wooden chairs. Very uncomfortable. The sun loungers at the pool and at the beach did not have mattresses. Fine for an hour or two, but very uncomfortable and even painful, for spending most of the day at the beach or pool. The bungalows are pretty much one attached to the other. Our neighbours for most of the 13 days we were there would sit on their connecting balconies with friends having very loud conversations in the afternoons and evenings. They were having a good time, but it was unpleasant for us trying to relax on our balconies. My wife and I try to speak quietly so as not to disturb other people I exercise every morning. One of the reasons I chose ‘Chaweng Cove’ was because they have a gym. They don’t take care of the equipment. The back of the recumbent bike had been broken off. I managed to jury rig a back rest using a cushion from my room, wrapped in a towel. The control buttons on the treadmill were mostly inoperable, although you could start it, and then change speed & elevation using ‘Programs’. Not acceptable. Unfortunately the ocean was too rough while we were there (red flags) so accept for 2 days out of 13, we couldn’t go in the water, but that wasn’t the fault of the resort.

Close to the beach. Size of resort, not too big… additional things.. slippers, robe & beach bag! Mini bar price reasonable.. restaurant food good.. close to shops & bars..

Nice hotel directly on beach

Located directly on beach, 10 minute walk to center of Chaweng. We had nice bungalow, would visit this accomodation again!

There is an Asian Koel on one of trees so he will wake you up a bit early but this is nature :)
